How Chef’s Roma Kitchen catering works
Every tray on the catering menu comes in two sizes, so an order scales to the room rather than the other way around. A half tray generally serves 6 to 8 guests. A full tray generally serves 12 to 14. That math holds across antipasti, salads, pasta, entrees, and sides, which makes a mixed order easy to plan: count the heads, pick the trays, and the kitchen quotes the total before anything is confirmed.
Catering is priced by tray selection and headcount rather than a flat per-person rate, because a working dinner and a birthday party pull very different trays.
What’s on the catering menu
Thirty-nine trays across six sections. Nine antipasti, from Bread & Butter at $15 a half tray through Bruschetta, Warm Olives, Meatballs with Marinara, Stuffed Artichokes, Fried Calamari, and Shrimp Scampi. Five salads including Caesar, Caprese, and Grilled Vegetable. Nine pasta trays — Penne Bolognese, Meat Lasagna, Gnocchi with Truffle Cream, Pappardelle Alfredo, Spaghetti & Meatballs, and more. Nine entrees from Chicken Parmigiana through Salmon and Veal Parmigiana. Five sides at $30 a half tray, and Tiramisu or Cheesecake for dessert.

Chef’s Roma Kitchen caters from both locations, and the right one is usually whichever is closer to the event.
